Vera Wang’s lavender label sometimes doesn’t get the credit it’s due. She consistently turns out cute, girly and totally wearable collections. I spotted this gem on Net-a-Porter and had to share thanks to its color blocking fabulosity (CBF). Color blocking is a huge trend this year, and, if executed properly, makes two ordinary or blah-looking pieces really pop as an outfit.
Trouble is, for many girls it’s hard to achieve CBF on one’s own. That is exactly why I am posting about this dress – you get all the CBF you need without having to worry about whether you’re pulling the look off right. Just add some chunky gold jewelry, a quiet black clutch and pumps, and you’re good to go.
