One of my favorite wedding reception details was the rented furniture seating and lounge areas. I went back and forth for a while over whether I should spring for this extra expense in our wedding budget, but in the end it was one of the best decisions I made, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. We rented a few seating sections and tables, and one of my absolute favorite pictures from the wedding (above) was taken on the comfy white leather couch just before the reception wound down.
Not only did the furniture look beautiful and really up the ante during the cocktail hour and reception, many of our guests also commented on how nice it was to have a spot in which they could sit and relax. And, although it wasn’t cheap, I shopped around quite a bit and found a fabulous furniture rental company who had the gorgeous lounge furniture I wanted at a reasonable price – Plush Impressions. I believe they rent their furniture throughout San Diego and Southern California, and I highly recommend them if you are looking for lounge furniture rentals.
